Order Cancellation

a) Cancellation by Customer

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.

  • To request cancellation, contact us at info@siproma.com or call +91 97375 40706.

  • Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

b) Cancellation by Siproma Tea

We reserve the right to cancel an order due to:

  • Product unavailability

  • Payment failure

  • Incorrect shipping details

  • Suspected fraudulent activity

In such cases, the full amount will be refunded.

Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:

a) Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Share clear images or videos of the product and packaging for verification.

  • After verification, we will provide a replacement or refund, as applicable.

b) Non-Refundable Items

  • Opened or used products

  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling

  • Orders placed under special offers or discounts (unless damaged)

Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

Return Shipping

  • If a return is approved, return shipping instructions will be shared with you.
  • In case of our error (damaged or incorrect product), return shipping costs will be borne by Siproma Tea.
  • Otherwise, return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
